To achieve our vision we have a mission to enhance and sustain our long-term success, profitability and growth by:
Developing a company committed to growth, financial soundness and ethical behaviour.
Providing our customers with the highest quality services where deadlines are met, communication is open, respectful and on-going and where what we say will be done, is done. If our customers are successful, we are successful.
Developing a skilled workforce of loyal, enthusiastic and empowered individuals and teams. This will be achieved through continual investment in training, education and professional development of the existing workforce and intelligent recruitment. Our workforce is our competitive advantage.
Developing first-class infrastructure including the completion of a state-of-the-art heavy vehicle maintenance facility in Burnie, the development of a new facility in Melbourne to complement the existing site allowing for expansion and a container depot and heavy vehicle maintenance workshop in Devonport. These capital works along with continual investment in equipment improvement will meet the diversified and increasing needs of both our existing and new customers.
What our customers say about us.
We would like to take the opportunity to thank AJL for their prompt and excellent level of service provided to maintain our fleet of tankers. It is extremely convenient to get our D.G. inspections done in Devonport as our trucks load out of the Shell terminal everyday. We always find it easy to communicate with Paul & Brett at East Devonport regarding bookings and pick up times, etc. and look forward to continuing the relationship with the Burnie workshop as well.

I did the two day pre learners course at Devonport. Rex the instructor was excellent. The cousre has some theory, but is mainly practical. You gain some good motorcycle skills in a well set up and friendly environment.
